#1 I read that andy is on a kayaking trip in alaska watching Humpback whales he rememberd that his dad died nearbye on baranof he wanted to visit were his dad had died. he wants to leave a carving there.
#2today in my reading I discovered that Andy Galloway is o n aboat trip. I think the setting is on a boat and it takes place in a pretty current time. I think that they will crash on the island.
Extra Comments: I was kind of confused when he was drivng the boat. I didn't figure that out at first. I did not at first either.

#2In my book, there is only one charecter.we have met to but we just met one. So, I don't raelly know the second. But my one charecter, Andy Galloway, I like a lot. I like how he knows how to survive in the wildrness as long as he is. somthing I didn't think was very smart of him to run away from the rest of his kyack crew.

#1in the beginning of the book he was on a kayaking trip in alaska he was near the spot that his dad had died and he wanted to visit the exact spot his dad had died because he wanted to put a carving of a kayak paddle there then later when he was going back to his group the waves pushed him into an island after days of starving and looking for help he saw a wild man the man ran away from andy later he ate a shell fish but when his tongue started hurting he did not spit it out so he got poisond then he got paraliezed now he is dreaming that a dog is showing him where to find blue berries and other foods or it is real and he is not dreaming.
#2 At the beging Andy was With some of his friends. They were on a kayak trip. I had truoble understanding that at first. Then he got away from the other group. he crash-landed on on a island. That is where his dad crashed. after days of being morooned he saw a wild man. then, Andy was desparat for food, so he ate a shell fish but got posend. now, he is either dreaming or a real dog is leading him across the island, I think its real.

Mrs. Rowe: This sounds like a really interesting book. Did Andy get paralized from eating the shellfish? How is he surviving in the wild being paralized? Your summary was really great Brad but be careful of run-on sentences.

#1 this book reminds me of a magic school bus movie. Because in the ,magic school bus movie I watched in 3rd grade they got lost in space. And in the book I am reading andy got lost on the island. and it reminds me of when I crashed into a rock on a canoe. and also of when I got lost in a mall.
#2 I have read two books that remind me. 1 is Earthquake terror, and 2nd is escaping the giant wave. They all remind me to each other because the main charecters all have to enforce there instincs of being alone in a very bad siuttuations.
